Mr. Fulvio Urso-Baiarda is a multiple award winning consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon and an expert practitioner in both surgical and non-surgical interventions. He grew up in south-east London, becoming a member of Mensa around the age of 12. A few years later he was accepted to read Medicine at Oxford University and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He has since continued his studies gaining multiple qualifications including an MA Hons (OXON), a Fellowship of The Royal College of Surgeons (Plast) and has undergone additional training at hospitals around the world. GREG JONES
Consultant Surgeon MB MS BSC FRCS (GEN)
Mr Greg Jones is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) and an expert in surgical and non-surgical weight loss. Greg has undertaken specialist training in London, Oxford, Melbourne and Europe, learning new techniques and pioneering robotic weight loss surgery in the UK. He is a director of Optimise Weight Loss, a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, working both privately and in the NHS at a level 1 Bariatric Surgery Unit. He is a member of both the British Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Society (BOMSS) and the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and metabolic diseases (IFSO). As a highly experienced bariatric surgeon, Greg understands that surgery is part of the weight loss journey.
REBECCA WILLIS
Company Director and Clinic Manager
Rebecca is an ex fashion & beauty photographer, who met Fulvio whilst working in London and together they moved to Berkshire and set up Eterno 360° Clinic. She is not only Fulvio’s personal assistant, she also works to ensure the smooth running of the clinic, taking on everything from administrative duties and managing clinic staff to overseeing day-to-day management operations. Rebecca also leads the facilities, making sure they are successful and efficient and is responsible for developing business plans and implementing systems in the workplace.
MAXINE DORNON
Advanced Aesthetics
Maxine has a wealth of experience in advanced aesthetics. She is a qualified somatologist with CIDESCO certification, who has gained a wealth of experience through working internationally in Cape Town as well as in London. Maxine has trained alongside world-class surgeons and has a high-profile clientele. She is passionate, results-orientated, and plans treatment courses which are carefully tailored to each individual. Maxine specialises in non-surgical treatments such as CoolSculpting®, laser and skincare.
REBECCA BRISTOW
Assistant Manager
Rebecca qualified as a Makeup Artist and worked in luxury boutiques for four years studying how to appreciate and accentuate facial features, and concealing imperfections using high-quality products.
After this, she decided to move into a more specialised customer service industry and has spent the last almost six years working with VIP customers at Etihad Airways where she improved experience for high profile and important travellers before and after flight, facilitating requests and ensuring the positive experience of the consumer was at the heart of all she did.
Rebecca utilises her unique skill set to continue the excellent experience of our patients.
DR ARUN KARWAL

Dr Arun has undergone training at one of the most prestigious aesthetics schools. He is now a clinical trainer and regularly teaches courses for experienced and new medical professionals in the aesthetic industry. We are so excited to have Dr Arun on board our team to offer his expertise in anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, skin boosters and more!
FOZIA KHAN
Medical Aesthetic Practitioner
Fozia, who is registered with the Healthcare Professions Council has joined us over the summer and will also be offering weekly appointments for injectable treatments as well as Neogen, Endymed Intensif, CoolSculpting and Hydrafacials. Her kind, bubbly personality will relax you whilst her professional manner will put you at ease.
REBECCA
Nurse
Rebecca has been an NMC registered nurse for 17 years. Since qualifying at Brighton University in 2006, she has worked as a senior specialist nurse within the Intensive Care unit in both Australia and the UK before then moving into her leadership role within the NHS. More recently, Rebecca has trained in Aesthetics medicine at Harley Academy completing her masters level 7 in injectables and has gone on to complete her training in cosmetic dermatology.
Rebecca is passionate about achieving natural looking results for her patients and with her friendly and professional manner will provide in depth consultations, advice and treatment plans to achieve realistic goals. She prides herself in helping patients look and feel rejuvenated and confident.
